SARAH LAASER-WEBB

Sarah knows real estate.  As a full time Realtor since 2009, Sarah has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation as well as the Certified Negotiation Expert designation. Sarah graduated from Iowa State in 1999 with degrees in Marketing and Management. She later earned an MBA in Marketing, also at Iowa State. Sarah has the marketing, business and negotiation skills to help you buy or sell your next home.

Sarah branched out and started her own office in Gilbert by renovating a historic building on Main Street. It’s been an experience that Sarah is well suited for - managing large projects, people, finances, and real estate investments. She also manages rental properties for clients and herself so she has craftsmen on her payroll at the ready for not only rentals but available to her sellers when listing their home.

Sarah knows community. She has served as a board member of Meeker Elementary PTO and as an active participant in Ames Community School District’s sub committees. She is currently on the Youth & Shelter Services Friends Committee and is a licensed Iowa Foster Parent. 

Sarah is known for her philanthropic work. In fact, she lead the way and rallied her fellow agents with the RE/MAX Real Estate Center office to be awarded the “Outstanding Business Philanthropist Award” in 2019 by the Story County Alliance for Philanthropy.

Providing outstanding customer service has consistently been the pillar of Sarah’s career. Sarah’s ultimate goal is to help YOU navigate the Real Estate process with as much ease as possible. Sarah knows the moving process can be stressful and strives to be the resource you need regardless if it is home or community related. 

RENEE KLAUS

Reneé is an Ames native and actively involved in a number of local organizations. Her connections bring her the ability to match up buyers and sellers for successful home sales. As a people person, Reneé quickly gets to know her clients and identify their needs whether buying or selling. She is full of positive energy and will help get things done to ensure a smooth transaction.

Client Care Specialist - Olivia's job is to handle all the details!  She makes sure everything is in order for our clients' closings and keeps the process of buying or selling a home as stress free as possible.  You'll also frequently find her going above and beyond to make our clients feel cared for and appreciated!

Ryan Kennedy

Renovation Specialist - How many real estate teams have a full time carpenter on staff? The Laaser-Webb Team does! Most of Ryan's days are spent coordinating and working on renovation projects. He is a great source of advice and knowledge on anything house repair or renovation.  He also makes sure that small repairs are not keeping our clients from selling a house for top dollar. Or for our buyers, not choosing an otherwise perfect house that just needs a slight alteration. We've got you covered!
